Hi, I’m Ajna. I coach intuition and self trust.
Build the life you actually want.
For women who are living in a comfortable cage, knowing they want more.
From the outside, everything looks fine.
You can have a life that looks good and still feel like something is missing.
- I
Somewhere along the way, you started asking everyone else what to do, and stopped checking with yourself.
- II
You’ve read the books. You’ve done the work. You understand yourself completely, and still, nothing changes.
- III
You stay within what feels safe and familiar, but deep down, you can feel a growing longing for something more meaningful.
- IV
Every time you get close to knowing what you want, you find a reason it isn’t the right time.
What if this feeling is trying to tell you something?
Another birthday arrives, another day spent like the last, and beneath it all there is that question: what if there is more waiting for me?
You don’t need another opinion. You need to hear your own voice again, and trust it enough to move.
Imagine who you become when you start trusting yourself again.
You don’t need everything around you to change first. Sometimes the shift begins quietly, with listening to yourself, honoring what you need, and taking one brave step forward.

Hi, I’m Ajna
For years, I was searching for a life that felt more meaningful.
I read the books, went on retreats, explored different spiritual practices and modalities, and spent a lot of time trying to understand myself. I learned so much along the way, but I still felt like I was going nowhere.
From the outside, my life looked okay. But I was in an unhealthy relationship that lasted 16 years and working in a career that no longer felt fulfilling. I knew I wanted something different, but fear, doubt, and the voice in my head often felt louder than the voice inside me that knew I was meant for more.
It took time, courage, and a lot of uncomfortable self-reflection to begin making different choices.
Today, I’m in a loving, healing relationship and living a life I once only dreamed about. I am traveling the world, I continue to learn and grow, while living a life that feels more aligned with who I am.
But my journey also taught me something important: sometimes we don’t need more answers. We need help hearing the answers we already carry within us.
That’s where I come in. As a life coach, I offer a compassionate, judgment-free space where we can slow down, unpack the mental chatter, explore what’s really holding you back, and reconnect with your own inner voice.
“The answers are already inside you. Sometimes, you just need a little support to uncover them.”
Ajna
It starts with one honest conversation.
A free, thirty-minute conversation. No script, no sales pitch. Here is what it actually is.
We just talk. You can share what’s been on your mind, what you’re hoping for, or what you feel stuck around.
You might leave with a little more clarity. Sometimes saying things out loud to someone who is really listening can help you hear yourself differently. Even if we never work together, I hope you walk away with something useful.
We can get to know each other. Coaching is personal, and it’s important that you feel comfortable with the person you’re working with.
Whether this is right for you.
The work only lands with the right person at the right time. Being honest about that is part of the point, so here is who this tends to fit, and who it does not.
Your life looks fine from the outside. Nothing is visibly wrong. You are not in crisis. You have just quietly settled into a shape built around everyone else’s expectations, and you feel it.
You second-guess almost everything. You can’t always tell what you want from what you think you should want, and you are running low on patience with yourself.
You want the spiritual side kept grounded. You are open to an intuitive lens, but you want it practical and real, not vague and floaty.
You are ready to actually act. You are done collecting insight for its own sake. You want to do something with what you find.
You are in crisis or need clinical support. If you need mental-health care, a therapist is the right person, and reaching for that is the strong choice. This is coaching, not therapy.
You want to be handed a plan. I won’t tell you how to live or prescribe your next move. The work is teaching you to hear your own answers and trust them.
You only want more analysis. If the aim is to understand yourself further with no intention of acting, this isn’t it. The work is action and gentle accountability.
You want purely clinical work. If you have no openness to an intuitive lens at all, another approach will serve you better. Some of that openness is how this work moves.
None of this is a judgement. It is just honesty, and honesty is where trust starts. If you are unsure, the clarity call is where we find out together.
Curious about something we haven’t covered?
Is intuitive coaching right for me?
Yes, if you find it hard to quiet the mind or have a difficult time getting the answers from your inner voice, this is the place for you.
What happens during the clarity call?
A free, 30-minute conversation about where you are, and where you want to go. This is a time for you, and all of you is welcomed here.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. Not knowing is the normal starting point. The work is learning to hear your own answers, so you do not need them figured out first.
What if I have tried coaching before?
This is built around action and accountability, not just more insight. If past coaching gave you clarity but no movement, that gap is what we close.
Is this therapy?
No. Therapy looks at the past and supports mental health. This is coaching, focused on moving you forward. If you need therapy, that matters, and it is different from this work.
How long does coaching take?
The Inner Leap Method is an eight-week, one-to-one container, but I am here for you for as long as you need.
How much time does it take each week?
One 1:1 call a week, plus voice-note access in between for the moments that come up. The work is small, guided steps in your real life, not hours of homework.
What happens after the call?
If it feels like a fit, I’ll walk you through how we would work together. Either way, you decide in your own time.
How much does coaching cost?
The Inner Leap Method is $888 for early clients, a rate for the first few clients (normally $1,200).

The answers are already inside you.
Sometimes, you just need a little support to uncover them. A complimentary 30-minute call for you to be curious, be open, and be yourself.
